I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, working with Prof. Bartek Papież and Prof. Manisha Nair (University of Oxford and University of Copenhagen) on AI for medical imaging. My current work focuses on echocardiography analysis, including image quality assessment, pathology detection and learning from multi-rater annotations, as well as large-scale imaging studies in the UK Biobank.
I received my PhD from the University of Bristol, supervised by Prof. Alin Achim and Prof. Nantheera Anantrasirichai. My PhD research covered prostate MR–ultrasound image translation and registration with diffusion models, 3D freehand ultrasound reconstruction, and unsupervised image fusion. Before that, I obtained a Master of Information Technology (with Distinction) from the University of Melbourne.
